I love this graphic! It reminds me of Frida Kahlo, a little.
I'll have to google that one Charli as she is not familiar to me... I loved this one, the autumness, the reflection in the water, the child all so haunting
Definitely google her. She was a Mexican surrealist painter. Amazing. She was quite haunted and tortured and all that. Fascinating woman.
Okay I am going to nerd out here for a moment but it reminds me of the second season of X-Files when Scully was in a coma or dying or something like that. And in the episode they kept visually showing you what was going on in her head by depicting her afloat in a small rowboat barely tethered to the shore. Ever since I saw that show I make a psychological pop culture connection with drifting boats and and a drifting mind unconnected to this reality. Of course this is all coming from the guy who just purchased a canoe. Nerd moment over.
I missed that x files J. but i see where you are coming from. I like your nerd moments.. will be over to check out the canoes soon
